Hey! I’m Emily, a wife, a mom of two beautiful kiddos and a registered nurse. After the birth of my first baby, it was eye-opening to experience all the hardships of becoming a new parent. This led me to dive right into finding evidenced-based information to make parenting easier. 

I became a Mama Coach to help families that are going through their own difficult times and need a helping hand. Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed, touched-out and like your failing at parenting?  This becomes very stressful, especially as a new parent or a parent with multiple children.
